Whether it's cutting carbon emissions, supporting displaced professionals, or building secure cloud systems, we're intentional in every choice we make.
We’re a Ukrainian tech company. And yes, we’re 100% remote.
This part matters. Since the full-scale war began, we've designed our entire company around resilience and flexibility. Our team is fully remote, spread across Ukraine, the EU, and beyond.
80% of us work from outside Ukraine
20% remain in Kyiv, supported with power stations, backup internet, and secure workspacesWhy? Because it keeps people safe and the work moving — no matter what.

In 2024, we officially joined the UN Global Compact, which means we’ve committed to aligning our work with the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals — a global blueprint for peace, prosperity, and sustainability.

Goal 5: Gender Equality40% of our leadership team are women. We’re working to grow representation in tech too.

Goal 13: Climate ActionOur tech helps save around 25 tons of CO₂ per year, and we're targeting 50 tons by 2026.
